Reentry Committee
The New Leash on Life USA Reentry Committee is comprised of professionals, community members, staff, New Leash board members and volunteers who have a mutual interest in both the transitioning of individuals returning to our communities after incarceration and public safety. The Reentry Committee provides essential direction to continue and enhance New Leash’s programming approach.
Returning Citizens Steering Committee
The Returning Citizens Steering Committee is comprised of graduates of the New Leash program who provide a unique and integral perspective. They ensure that the voices of individuals who are reentering society from jail will be heard, making New Leash services stronger for future participants.
Animal services Committee
The New Leash on Life USA Animal Services Committee brings together a group of professional members of the community with expertise in the rescue and animal care fields. The committee provides advice and suggestions on how to strengthen the animal care and rescue services by introducing evidence-based practices as well as newly developed approaches.
